Contract of Sale
DELIVERY
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Billing details is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Billing address details and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you.
99.9% of orders are usually dispatched on the day of order if paid with by a credit/debit card and placed before 3.30pm (UK time) on a working day, but please allow up to 28 days in the extremely unlikely case an item is not in stock at the time of ordering.

Most UK orders will be delivered by Initial City Link Monday to Friday usually between 9.00am to 5.30pm and will require a signature on delivery, so you MUST give us shipping address details where someone will be in (work, neighbour, friend, etc.). Please note if Initial City Link cannot deliver when they first try to because the billing/shipping addressee is out/closed, a redelivery surcharge of £6.95 may be charged to your credit/debit card. However the parcel can be collected free of charge from the holding Initial City Link depot within 5 working days of the attempted delivery date.
You MUST supply us with the correct POSTCODE for your address because we will not be held responsible for deliveries to a similar address.
If you require a UK Mainland timed delivery service~ (before 9am, 10.30am and 12 noon) or a Saturday Delivery please place your order with our Telesales Team on (0191) 5361141 as these services involve a surcharge.
~Timed services are not available in some areas.
If purchasing from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally when ordering from Titan Fishing Products Ltd, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods
UK POSTAGE & PACKING/SHIPPING & HANDLING
The cost of postage and packing will be displayed when ordering on-line when you select from the drop down list where you would like your order to be sent. Please make sure you choose the right postage for your area/country from the drop down list when ordering, as we reserve the right to rectify your order with the correct postage. Your order will be charged with the correct courier postage costs as per the weight of your order and your UK geographical location. UK Mainland* covers the whole of England (including the Isle of Wight), Wales and most of Scotland excluding ALL Scottish Islands and the following POSTCODES beginning IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40 and PH50. Our 1-2 working day services to Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel/Scilly Islands has a maximum weight limit of 10kg. All orders over 10kg will be sent by an alternative delivery service and charged at cost. Signed For Shipping to the Republic of Ireland has a maximum weight limit of 10kg.The following European destinations Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia. Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Sweden have a maximum weight limit of 5kg. The rest of Europe including Croatia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Norway, and Switzerland has a maximum weight limit of 2kg. All orders over the set weight limit will be sent by an alternative delivery service and charged at cost. The Rest of the World will be sent by the most economical Signed For delivery/courier service and charged at cost. CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
OTHER WAYS TO ORDER

Cheques must be payable in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank (Euro cheque is no longer accepted by UK banks). Please write your full name and address on the back. Please note, when ordering by telephone, fax or post we require the product name, size and colour (if applicable) of the item/s you wish to order,
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any product you receive you may return them unused for a replacement or full refund of the product price
You must contact us first before returning the product, this must be within 7 days of receipt and must be returned unused with all labels attached, with the original packaging and a covering letter.
If your goods are damaged on receipt this needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt.
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer
All Titan/Titantex products have a 12-month warranty. During this period if any manufacturing or material fault develops, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion (this does not cover accidental damage, punctures to the fabric or fair wear and tear. Should it be necessary to return to us an item for inspection, a receipt of proof of purchase must be enclosed.
We reserve the right to revalue products returned as imperfect after heavy wear and tear.
EU health and safety regulations prohibit our staff from handling wet or dirty items. Please return clean and dry.
SALE/REDUCED TO CLEAR PURCHASES
Your statutory rights are not affected on goods purchased in a sale but given that many of the items being offered are at below our cost price, our normal returns policy doesn't apply.
Goods cannot be returned unless faulty but we will not accept goods back because a garment doesn't fit or if you change your mind.
SIZING
Titan use British man-sizes and not skimpy Chinese sizes. Our outerwear garments have generous over-measures for unrestricted movement and casting. If you do not know your chest and waist measurements, please measure yourself and check carefully the sizes available for the products you are ordering. In general the men's sizes are as follows: small fits 30" - 34" chest, medium 36" - 38", large 40" - 42", extra large 42" - 46", extra extra large 48" - 52" and king size 54" - 60" unless stated otherwise. We will exchange any garment to a different size, but return postage is payable by the customer.
CATALOGUES
We automatically send out our own catalogues to all our customers with their order. If you would like to receive a free catalogue please send a 1st or 2nd class large letter postage stamp or S.A.E. to the address above (UK only).
NOTES
We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.
Due to our constant search for perfection. Titan Fishing Products Ltd reserves the right to change or improve the specification of our products.
