The Titan Storm Hat looks the part-warm, that is-with a peak to keep out the rain and sun, along with fold away ear flaps to protect you from biting winds. For really cold weather (British weather) this hat is the business, while on sunny days the flap turn upwards and the peak keeps the sun from your eyes and on cold-rainy days the turn down flaps keep your ears and neck warm as toast-a great combination.
